An excellent ‘fast road’ conversion that has been tried and tested over the years and is refined to perfection! Runs a 24psi peak, 21psi held boost pressure on a standard T3 turbocharger.

For those of you who want to go further than the previously mentioned packages, it’s time to also fit a larger turbocharger, in this case a T34.63 turbocharger (standard fitment on Large Turbo Escort Cosworth's). This will allow for a healthy increase in power allowing us to fit a set of larger fuel injectors (Bosch 403 Light Greys), a 3 Bar MAP Sensor to accurately read higher boost pressures and a stronger actuator to increase the boost pressure. This package is a good all rounder! Runs a 27psi peak and 24psi held boost pressure on a T34.63 turbocharger.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

After hundreds of hours of development, the results are hard to believe considering they can be achieved on a standard engine! With the fitment of larger fuel injectors (Bosch 403s or Siemens 55lb), a 3 Bar MAP Sensor to accurately read higher boost pressures and a stronger actuator to increase the boost pressure. This package is a guaranteed smile raiser! Runs around 32psi peak boost pressure falling slowly through the rev range to your new 7400rpm rev limiter!

Custom Tuning - 400 - 800 Bhp - Starting at £1350 inc. VAT
For those of you already equipped with custom built engines, cams / ported heads / big turbos / injectors / 3 bar map sensor etc and just need a tuning and calibration service, we can offer a bespoke setup and ECU calibration service to take you up to in excess of 400 BHP and maybe up to 700 or more, depending on your engine specifications.

With a good setup in the workshop and a custom or full live ECU recalibration on the dyno, this service wll make the most of the package you have already installed.

The service will include:

This service requires the vehicle to already have the parts required to make the target horsepower and torque you require and will take anything from a whole day, to a full week depending on what is required.
