Ford Fiesta Rs Turbo Tuning.

The Fiesta Rs Turbo's really are still a fabulous car to tune and we still see these cars every few months for one thing or another.

Whilst we don't offer a huge amount of products for them, we do still supply tuning modules and other tuning items and of course will still do bespoke calibrations on aftermarket management..

Ford Fiesta Rs Turbo Tuning.

Stage 1 Package (up to 165bhp)

This package enhances the Fiesta RS Turbo driving experience greatly, with the same response as a standard car but a far stronger power band in the mid to high end RPM range.

By reprogramming the engine management system to allow more boost pressure, and safer timing, we can carefully raise the Boost pressure to 14 psi peak & gain a very substantial increase in power and torque. Maximum power of 165 Bhp is now produced. To achieve this we use our own chip and a new Garrett waste gate actuator that is much stronger than the original item.

The whole system is setup and checked to ensure everything is working as it should before we ask more power of it, then the finished conversion is road tested and fine tuned for maximum performance, driveability and reliability.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • Evolution Chips Stage 1 calibration module
  • Uprated Actuator
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Full system setup
  • Dyno time including graphs of power and torque along with AFR and Boost levels

Total cost including labour and vat = £700

Stage 2 Package (up to 175bhp)

The same work as per stage 1 is completed but with a different ECU program and more boost. Boost pressure can now safely be raised to 16 psi peak and 14psi held and the result is 175Bhp and around 165 lbs.ft of torque.

The whole system is setup and checked to ensure everything is working as it should before we ask more power of it, then the finished conversion is road tested and fine tuned for maximum performance, drivability and reliability.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • Evolution Chips Stage 2 calibration module
  • Uprated Actuator
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Full system setup
  • Dyno time including graphs of power and torque along with AFR and Boost levels

Total cost including labour and vat = £750

Stage 3 Setup (up to 195bhp)

This package is for vehicles that have already had the following items fitted.

  • 3” Stainless System Exhaust System
  • High flow air filter
  • Uprated actuator
  • Bosch 701 beige injectors
  • Larger front mounted intercooler
  • Uprated fuel pump

Boost pressure can now safely be raised to 18 psi and the result is 195Bhp and around 185 lbs.ft of torque.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • Evolution Chips Stage 3 calibration module
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Full system setup
  • Dyno time including graphs of power and torque along with AFR and Boost levels

Total cost including labour and vat = £850

MSD Bespoke calibration solutions

MSD 200 - 400

We recognise that there are many hardware specifications out there and sometimes we need to tune around and within your own bespoke hardware build. From MSD200 onwards we tend to be dealing with a variety of different engine management systems and turbochargers.

Example hardware specification:

  • Full Steel engine build with ported head and cam to suit.
  • Uprated intake manifold.
  • High performance cold air induction kit.
  • Full 3" free flow exhaust system.
  • Uprated intercooler.
  • Uprated capacity fuel pump.
  • Standalone management (Omex / Simtek / ECUMaster Etc.)
  • 550 / 650 / 750 cc Injectors.
  • Garrett GTX2867R Etc.
  • Internal or external wastegate..

Typical cost to calibrate a standalone ECU on this specification engine: £900 inc vat.
These bespoke calibrations will be done primarily on our dyno and the price includes the dyno cell hire and 2x professional dyno operators / calibrators labour.
